Job Description – LinkedIn Performance Marketing Expert
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented LinkedIn Performance Marketing Expert with strong expertise in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn advertising. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing LinkedIn campaigns for B2B clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
- Create and optimize lead generation funnels to drive high-quality business leads.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies on LinkedIn.
- Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, and Conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize KPIs, and improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining budget efficiency and lead quality.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams for ad creatives and campaign messaging.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn advertising trends, platform updates, and B2B marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Performance Marketing with a strong B2B focus.
- Proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn analytics.
- Experience managing medium to high advertising budgets.
- Deep understanding of B2B audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead nurturing workflows.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and tracking setup.
