Hiring for LinkedIn outreach specialist
Full-time: Mon - Fri, 10 am to 7 pm

At Dazzlebirds Web Solutions, we’re looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can help us generate high-quality leads and build strong B2B connections in the web development space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn (targeting business owners, agencies, and decision-makers)
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging sequences)
- Generate qualified leads for services like WordPress, WooCommerce, and web development
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and conversion rates
- Perform A/B testing on outreach strategies to optimize performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach / lead generation
- Strong written communication skills (especially for cold messaging)
- Understanding of B2B audience targeting
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or automation tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Skills:
- Experience in IT / web development industry
- Knowledge of email outreach campaigns
- Basic understanding of sales funnels
