We’re looking for someone who understands LinkedIn deeply — not just posting content, but building authority, generating demand, and driving real B2B outcomes.
This is not a generic social media role. We want someone who can own LinkedIn end-to-end — from content strategy to personal branding to running high-performing B2B ad campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a LinkedIn-first content strategy (no cross-posting junk)
- Manage and grow the company page with high-quality, insight-driven content
- Work closely with leadership to build personal brands (founder-led content)
- Create content that attracts CXOs, Marketing Heads, and decision-makers
- Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads (lead gen, awareness, retargeting)
- Continuously test hooks, formats, and messaging to drive engagement + inbound leads
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on LinkedIn content + B2B marketing experience
- Proven experience in building personal brands or company pages on LinkedIn (must-have)
- Strong understanding of what works on LinkedIn (not Instagram-style fluff)
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Ability to write sharp, insight-led, non-generic content
