Job Summary:

We are looking for a LinkedIn Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, lead generation campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute LinkedIn paid ad campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, Lead Gen Forms).

Create and manage campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Define audience targeting (job titles, industries, company size, geography, etc.).

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting.

Work with the design and content team to develop ad creatives and copy.

Set up LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion tracking.

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Suggest strategies to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.

Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.


Requirements:


2–4 years of experience running LinkedIn Ads (B2B preferred).

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Experience in Lead Generation campaigns and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.

Strong understanding of B2B audience targeting.

Knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics.

Experience with A/B testing and performance marketing metrics.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or recruitment marketing is a plus.
