We are currently looking for a Strategy Consultant (all genders) based in based in Berlin or working remotely.

Your mission with us:
Strategically supporting business decision-making processes by analyzing business KPIs and engaging with stakeholders cross-functionally to generate impactful insight and contribute to business development.


Your tasks:

• Analyzing business goals & objectives and assisting our Leadership team in decision-making processes (specific experience with growth strategy and customer engagement is a plus)
• Completing comprehensive analysis by studying market trends and evaluating competition
• Providing robust performance analysis and insight into what is driving results
• Performing business analysis across all business units using relevant KPIs and performance metrics to facilitate decision-making on strategy and performance evaluation
• Partnering with stakeholders in Growth, Sales, Product, Operations & Business development and using information to solve key business problems and drive our business forward
• Contributing to various ad-hoc cross-functional projects initiated by the C-Suite that aim to support company’s development
  
  

You bring to Lingoda:

• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in related field / industry or MBA / Master’s degree in Business administration, Economics, or Corporate Finance
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy or business analysis
• Experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions
• Proven analytical and presentation skills
• You are highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically
• Strong communication and project management skills
• You are highly passionate about creating value and driving change, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
• B2C pricing experience a plus but non-essential
• Excellent English language skills. If you speak German, it is a plus
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel and experience with business intelligence and analytics software.
