Operations Internship in Mumbai

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source, identify, and secure suitable work placement opportunities for students, including coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of these placements
• Build and maintain strong employer relationships to maximize student opportunities for sustainable employment or career progression
• Manage a designated caseload of students by sourcing, planning, monitoring, and evaluating meaningful work placements
• Support students in preparing for their placements through assistance with relevant learning activities
• Respond to first-level inquiries from students and employers regarding placements
• Maintain accurate records of all work placements to ensure compliance with funding and institutional requirements
• Serve as a liaison between employers and the college, ensuring that all business leads are directed to the appropriate college representative and that the college is informed of industry trends and needs
• Collaborate with the wider Learner Partnership Team, participating in meetings, planning sessions, and staff development initiatives
• Provide support across the broader team when required
