In this role you will:
Collect, analyse, and interpret construction related data, including both secondary and primary sources (e.g., materials, project scheduling, cost benchmarking, vendors), for global projects to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations
Create and analyse graphs, charts, and data in Excel/Power BI to highlight trends and key metrics
Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis and project outcomes
Develop comprehensive global market research reports covering various sectors within the construction industry
Track developments in the construction industry to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with ongoing projects and research efforts
Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels
