🚨 We're Hiring | Line Design Manager – Backward Integration 🚨
📍 Location: Bangalore

Are you passionate about engineering world-class manufacturing lines for packaging and backward integration? We are looking for an experienced Line Design Manager – Backward Integration to join our Projects team and drive end-to-end engineering and project execution for PET preforms, plastic closures, and shrink film manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead engineering design for new manufacturing lines and line modifications.
✔ Develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment layouts, utility balance sheets, and engineering specifications.
✔ Prepare URS, RFPs, and conduct technical evaluations of OEMs and vendors.
✔ Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning, including FAT, SAT, installation, and handover.
✔ Collaborate with Packaging Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external equipment suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
✅ 12+ years of experience in PET preforms, closures, plastic packaging, film extrusion, or FMCG/Beverage manufacturing.
✅ Strong expertise in injection moulding, compression moulding, extrusion technologies, equipment selection, mould design, and capital project management.
✅ Experience working with global OEMs such as Husky, Netstal, Sacmi, SIPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
