Senior Service Technician

As a Senior Service Technician you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently troubleshooting and repairing Linde gas handling equipment at customer sites. You will work closely with the customer to understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure their equipment is operating properly. Key responsibilities include: - Provide on-site service and repair of Linde gas handling equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine appropriate repair actions - Maintain thorough documentation of all service activities - Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills to support Linde's product portfolio - Participate in customer training sessions as needed - Promote and maintain a safe work environment for both the customer and yourself
