Specialist - App Tester

Responsibilities: - Responsible for coordinating and executing usability testing on mobile applications and websites - Responsible for designing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure the quality of the applications being tested - Review and analyze defects, incident reports, and provide feedback to the development team - Provide recommendations for improvements to the applications being tested - Responsible for maintaining test environments and configurations - Provide general technical support and assistance to users as required Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile application testing and software quality assurance - Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of mobile applications and websites - Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, device types, and mobile application development frameworks - Proficient in using test management tools, bug tracking tools, and test automation frameworks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
