About the role
Our 24-months trainee program lets you dive into the different fields of Business Development, Service Delivery including Project Management, Service Commissioning and Service Operations for global projects within an international organization.
You will get a comprehensive view of our business through job rotations in various Linde Advanced Operations Services (LAOS) bases (e.g. LAOS base US and/or India and/or China and Hungary).
The Program allows you to develop deep understanding of Linde Engineering's SaaS business model and Sales, Project Delivery, and Continuous Improvement Processes.
One part of the program will be at an international construction site to gain hands-on commissioning experience. From the beginning, you will take on the challenge of project work which enables you to grow on the job and gain extensive professional experience.
Your mentor will support you to reach your full potential by directly guiding and providing regular feedback. Additional trainings with your fellow trainees in relevant hard and soft skills will be offered along with the opportunity to visit some of our entities. Active networking with peers and managers will boost your development.
