About the role

Corporate HSE & Compliance Specialist Location: Remote The Corporate HSE and Compliance Specialist will support the delivery of the Corporate HSE and Compliance strategies and initiatives, promoting and driving a strong safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. They will provide guidance and leadership to the business units on HSE and compliance matters and contribute to the development of leading practices. Responsibilities: • Support the delivery of Corporate HSE and Compliance strategies and initiatives • Provide HSE and compliance support, guidance, and leadership to the business units • Assist in the development and implementation of HSE management systems and procedures • Conduct compliance assessments and audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions • Support the management of HSE data and reporting • Contribute to the development of HSE and compliance training and awareness programs • Work closely with legal, human resources, and other functions to ensure comprehensive compliance • Represent HSE and compliance on cross-functional teams and projects • Monitor and analyze relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a corporate HSE or compliance role, preferably in a global organization • Thorough understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
