Technical Account Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to drive platform adoption, usage growth, and technical success across our client portfolio. You will serve as the bridge between customers and Liminal's technical teams, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and growth of our wallet infrastructure and custody solutions.

This role requires both technical expertise and relationship management skills, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to maximize customer satisfaction and platform utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new customers and execute proof of concept (POC) deployments during pre-sales evaluation.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts throughout their customer journey.
• Proactively monitor and drive growth in usage metrics (transaction volume, transaction count, AUP, feature adoption) for assigned accounts.
• Identify barriers to increased platform usage and create account-specific plans to overcome them.
• Triage and coordinate resolution of customer issues through established support channels.
• Develop strong relationships with technical stakeholders at customer accounts through regular touchpoints.
• Conduct health checks and business reviews to identify both growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM and manage support tickets according to established processes.
• Provide regular usage insights and technical feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Support the sales team during renewal discussions by providing usage data and technical insights.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineer, implementation specialist, etc.).
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset infrastructure will be highly preferred.
• Experience with API integration and technical implementation projects.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Data-driven approach to measuring customer success and driving growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional resolution of complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field.
