Product-minded, solution-driven generalist who can think on their feet and help top enterprises design and implement cutting-edge Gen AI solutions.This is not a traditional pre-sales role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and solution architect
— working directly with CXOs, product heads, and digital innovation teams at India’s top enterprises to help them understand what’s possible with Gen AI… and then make it happen.You’ll own the solutioning process end-to-end: from understanding their workflows to prototyping live demos, to helping internal teams scope out MVPs. You’ll wear multiple hats — part product manager, part consultant, part operator — and play a pivotal role in building real AI applications that create real business impact.If you enjoy working at the intersection of business, product, and technology — and want to shape the future of AI adoption across India’s enterprise ecosystem
— this role is for you.What You’ll DoWork closely with enterprise sales leads to understand customer pain points and craft tailored Gen AI solutionsRun discovery sessions and whiteboard ideas with client stakeholders across product, marketing, and digitalBuild compelling prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution possibilitiesTranslate client needs into clear product specs and collaborate with engineering/product teams to bring them to lifeCollaborate with GTM and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoverAct as a thought partner to clients — proactively identifying how Gen AI can unlock ROI across their customer journeyMaintain a strong pulse on Gen AI trends, new product features, and competitor capabilitiesConduct workshops and trainings for client and internal teamsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in product, pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering roles — ideally in SaaS or B2B techStrong technical intuition — you can understand how systems work, even if you’re not writing codeOutstanding communication skills — you can simplify complexity and tell a compelling storyA knack for problem-solving — you enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and building clarity from scratchExperience working with or selling to enterprise clients , ideally across BFSI, healthcare, or e-commerceStrong collaboration skills — you can work with both client teams and internal engineering/product functionsCuriosity about Gen AI — you stay updated with new tools, use cases, and are eager to apply them in real-world settingsNice to HavePrior experience in conversational AI, customer experience automation, or enterprise SaaSExposure to Gen AI tools, APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), or chatbot platformsExperience with enterprise RFPs, security reviews, and stakeholder managementBenefitsUnlimited PTO
