Associate Web Producer

We’re hiring a Web Producer Associate—someone who thrives at the intersection of design, content, and execution. You’ll work closely with our team to coordinate website projects, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality outputs. No people management, just great collaboration.

• Coordinate Website Production
• Help keep 2–3 active projects on track by organizing deliverables, managing timelines, and unblocking teams
• Work Closely with Design & Dev
• Help translate strategy into clear tasks. You’ll review Figma files, Webflow builds, and CMS content to ensure everything aligns
• Client Communication Support
• Help clarify feedback, structure updates, and prep agendas or summaries for client check-ins
• Content + QA Support
• Organize content, help create basic wireframes, and do final checks before launch (e.g., link testing, copy polish, visual QA)
• Structure What’s Messy
• Sometimes you’ll get half-baked notes or client inputs. Your job: turn them into actionable steps or briefs
  

• You’ve worked on or around websites (internship, freelance, or team experience)
• You understand how sites move from Figma to Webflow (or Framer/WordPress)
• You’re comfortable juggling multiple moving parts, with good written communication
• You enjoy working across disciplines—design, tech, and content
• You’re proactive and ask good questions when things are unclear
  

• Familiar with tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, Webflow, Framer, or similar
• Past experience in content, design coordination, or QA
• You like catching small issues others miss
  

• Full-time, remote
• Some overlap with US and European time zones preferred
• Initial 3-month contract with possible extension or full-time offer based on performance
  

• Work on websites and campaigns that actually ship (not just mockups)
• Learn directly from a seasoned team working with brands like Teachable, Minoa, and more
• Ownership, autonomy, and the ability to grow into deeper roles in ops, strategy, or creative
