</div><div>Lightspeed Restoration is a fast-growing leader in water, fire, and mold restoration. We are expanding into the Greater St. Louis market and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused <strong>Business Development Representative (BDR)</strong> who can also serve as a <strong>First Responder in the field</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building connections, being first on scene, and driving revenue growth.<br><br>

<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This role combines <strong>business development and field response</strong>. You will be responsible for generating new referral relationships while also responding to job sites to collect critical information for our estimating team.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<strong>Business Development<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Build and maintain relationships with: <ul>
<li> Insurance agents and adjusters </li>
<li> Plumbers and property managers </li>
<li> Realtors and other referral partners </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Conduct regular in-person visits, drop-ins, and follow-ups </li>
<li> Represent Lightspeed Restoration at networking events and community functions </li>
<li> Develop and execute local marketing strategies using provided budget </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>First Responders / Field Intake<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Respond to new losses (water, fire, mold) when needed </li>
<li> Gather initial job information including: <ul>
<li> Photos and documentation </li>
<li> Basic measurements and affected areas </li>
<li> Customer statements and loss details </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Communicate clearly with the estimating team to assist in preparing invoices and estimates </li>
<li> Provide a professional first impression to customers during stressful situations </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Required Experience<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li><strong>1–3 years of experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, or mold) is required</strong></li>
<li> Must be familiar with industry standards, job site conditions, and basic scoping practices </li>
<li> Experience working with insurance claims, adjusters, or estimating platforms (Xactimate preferred) is a strong plus </li>
