Senior Lighting Engineer – (Projects + Sales Support)
Location: Thane
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive individual to support project execution and assist in sales coordination for retail lighting projects. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and timely follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project coordination and execution from order to handover.
Coordinate with design, sales, factory and site teams
Handle client follow-ups and communication
Support in preparing proposals and documentation.
Track deliveries, installations, and project status
Assist support person in preparing quotations, follow-ups, after sales guidance and order closures
Reporting to Business Head
Requirements
3–5 years experience (lighting / electrical / Retail projects)
Knowledge of AutoCAD / lighting products / MS office / Dialux Basic (Reading & Understanding Reports)
Good communication, presentation and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Preferred
Exposure to lighting project execution
Experience working with retail lighting / architects / contractors / Id's
Compensation
As per industry standards + performance-based incentives

Candidates with only drafting/design experience or non-technical sales background may not be considered.
