We are looking for a talented and motivated Lighting Designer II to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for design and a passion for learning about the world of lighting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Industry related experience required:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Designer, Electrical Engineering or a related field
Skills required:
- AGI32
- DIALux evo
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Enscape
- Photoshop
- MS Office Suite
- Good command over spoke, written and comprehending English
Responsibilities:
- Develop lighting design concepts that align with project requirements, sustainability goals, and aesthetic visions.
- Perform lighting calculations and simulations using industry-standard software such as AGi32, DIALux Evo or similar tools.
- Select and specify lighting fixtures, controls, and systems to meet project criteria, energy codes, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, to integrate lighting solutions seamlessly into the overall building design.
- Create technical drawings, specifications, and presentation materials to communicate design intent effectively.
- Conduct research on new lighting technologies and trends to incorporate innovative, sustainable solutions into project.
- Use Photoshop to enhance lighting renderings, prepare presentation boards, and create compelling visual materials for client presentations and design reviews
- Develop lighting visualizations and design presentations using Enscape to communicate lighting concepts, fixture placement, and overall design intent.
- Support Title24, LEED, WELL, or other green building certifications by designing energy-efficient and human-centric lighting systems.
**International project exposure is an added advantage
