Position - Lighting Designer
Experience - 3+years

KEY RESPONSBILITIES :
- Create lighting designs that support the brand's vision and strategic goals with the current product portfolio.
- Utilize AGi (Dialux) for lighting design and analysis.
- Leverage architectural and/or interior design knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
- Identify the product gaps while designing and advising / provide inputs to the R&D.
- Recommend energy-efficient lighting solutions, including LED systems and smart lighting technology.
- Provide expertise on lighting controls such as dimmers, sensors, and automation systems to optimize energy consumption.
- Keep up to date with new technologies and best practices in the lighting and electrical industry.
SKILLS :
- Natural ability to draw and conceptualize innovative designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in technical documentation and software tools.
- Familiarity with industry trends and technological advancements.
QUALIFICATION :
- Degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AGi (Dialux) and other relevant design software.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in R&D, product development, or a similar role preferred.
- 2 years of experience in lighting / product design.
- 2 years of experience in executing strong technical lighting designs and collections that align with brand direction and buying needs.
