Now Hiring: Rehab Technician 🔨🏚️🛠️

Do you enjoy taking something outdated and turning it into something move-in ready? We are looking for a hands-on Rehab Technician who takes pride in renovations, works with urgency, and knows how to bring apartment homes back to life.

What You’ll Do

Apartment Renovations & Repairs 🔧
• Complete full apartment rehabs and renovations from demolition to final punch.
• Install drywall, flooring, cabinetry, appliances, tile, fixtures, and other renovation materials.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Repair walls, ceilings, doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, and countertops.
• Prepare units for move-ins and ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Identify issues before they become delays and communicate solutions quickly.

Construction Support 🚛
• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and supplies.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment needed to complete projects.
• Maintain your own hand tools and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Remove debris and properly dispose of renovation materials.

Project Execution ⏱️
• Work closely with Lead Rehab Tech  on renovation timelines.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Complete projects on schedule without sacrificing quality.
• Support unit turns when renovation priorities shift.

Safety & Professionalism ⚠️
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain a professional attitude with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Represent the company’s core values while on-site and off-site.
• Work in various weather conditions when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in apartment rehabs, construction, renovations.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance installation, and carpentry.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and renovation equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role requiring frequent lifting, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting materials and appliances as needed.
