Help connect communities to the resources they need.

Join our team as a 2-1-1 Database Curator and play a key role in maintaining the vital information that helps individuals and families access essential services across Central Michigan. In this role, you’ll ensure our community resource database is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with national standards—making a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and enhance a comprehensive community resource database
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper taxonomy coding
• Build relationships with local organizations and stay informed on community changes
• Represent 2-1-1 in meetings, outreach, and networking opportunities
• Support team communication on program, policy, and community updates
• Ensure compliance with national standards (Inform USA, CARF, MDHHS)

Requirements

Required Education/Certification/Licensure
•    High School Diploma, or equivalent. Inform USA Certified Database Curator upon employment.
•    Mental Health First Aid Training, upon hire.
•    Must have reliable transportation. 

*LifeWays vehicles are provided to employees with a valid MI motor vehicle operator’s license for the purpose of transporting consumers. Personal vehicles may be used for company business when drivers meet the following: valid MI motor vehicle operator’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance in accordance to guideline.

Preferred Education / Certification/Licensure
•    Associate’s degree with an emphasis in human services, psychology, sociology, or social service.

Public provider of behavioral health and mental health services.
