<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Sell residential and commercial roofing projects (insurance and retail)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team<br><br>
</li>
<li>Pursue large-scale and multifamily opportunities<br><br>
</li>
<li>Work company-provided leads along with self-generated business<br><br>
</li>
<li>Collaborate with production to ensure projects are sold and executed at a high level<br><br>
</li>

<li>Proven track record in roofing sales<br><br>

<li>Xactimate experience<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience building or managing a sales team<br><br>

<li>Strong closing skills with high-ticket projects<br><br>
</li>
<li>Competitive, self-driven, and financially motivated<br><br>
</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation<br><br>
