We're looking for a Construction Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all construction sites are properly managed and overseeing the customer experience to maintain our 5-star standard in providing the best products for our customers. This is an on-site position overseeing the roof installation until the job is complete.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from office to job sites throughout the week
- Oversee all construction sites in designated territory to ensure that all operations meet company standards
- Review quality control protocols to ensure that all jobs sites are compliant
- Communicate effectively with the installation team in all job sites (observe field measurements, scheduling with strict deadlines, take appropriate worksite photos, etc.)
- Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the management team (budget, safety & quality control)
- Supply job site with additional materials if needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction/roofing
- Must be comfortable walking on roofs as high as 2 stories and as steep as 12/12 pitch
- Excellent communication and strong organization skills
- Efficient with taking quality photos, as well as excellent computer skills
- Understand safety regulations and have a very good working knowledge of estimating
- Best-in-class customer relations skills/techniques
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Spanish speaking is a plus
