Lifetime Home Remodeling is looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Warehouse Coordinator to join our new warehouse operations team in San Diego. This position plays a key support role in ensuring materials are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our installation and remodeling projects. Responsibilities

Daily Support: Assist the Warehouse Coordinator in managing day-to-day warehouse operations and tasks.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips, label products, and update inventory systems accurately.

Order Preparation: Pick and pack materials for job sites, ensuring accuracy and condition of all outgoing goods.

Shipping & Receiving: Help unload deliveries, store materials safely, and prepare orders for shipping or site delivery.

Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Documentation: Maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system and assist with weekly cycle counts.

Communication: Coordinate with install teams, project managers, and the warehouse coordinator regarding material needs and inventory updates.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, helping to maintain a hazard-free environment.

Cross-Training: Learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; support in training new team members when needed.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics support preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail; comfortable using computers and inventory software.

Team Player: Willingness to learn, take direction, and support others in a collaborative environment.

Certifications: Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements

Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs regularly.

Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
