We're looking for a warm, detail-driven Lifestyle Manager to join our remote team. You'll be the trusted go-to for our clients โ someone who takes full ownership of their world and keeps everything running without them having to think twice.

โ Managing client schedules, appointments, and day-to-day logistics
โ Coordinating errands, vendors, travel arrangements, and reservations
โ Handling correspondence, follow-ups, and ad hoc requests
โ Anticipating needs before they arise and solving problems quietly
โ Keeping everything organised, on time, and running smoothly

โ A natural organiser with sharp attention to detail
โ Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
โ Strong written and verbal communication skills
โ Experience as a lifestyle manager, PA, or similar role is a plus
โ Comfortable managing multiple priorities remotely
โ Familiar with calendars, task tools, and communication platforms
