Overall Purpose of the Role
The Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for managing and fulfilling requests for ultra-high net worth and high-profile clients via phone, email, and chat. The role requires discretion, prompt communication, and the ability to deliver exceptional, personalized service using various resources and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and fulfill client requests across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses.
- Manage escalations and vendor interactions with sound judgment.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding preferences and expectations.
- Ensure a consistently positive and personalized customer experience.
- Utilize partners, internal tools, and online resources to meet client needs.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely.
- Represent client brands with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain records and process requests using enterprise systems.
- Adhere to service standards, policies, and contractual scope.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Other Responsibilities
- Follow organizational policies and procedures.
- Be flexible with shifts, including weekends and global requirements.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in luxury customer service, hospitality, travel, airline, or hotel industry.
- Strong global awareness and interest in lifestyle experiences (travel, dining, culture, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness.
