About the Role
We’re looking for an execution-focused marketer to manage lifecycle communication across both customer and driver funnels for Bike Taxi, Auto, and Cabs.
This role will own end-to-end campaign execution across channels, audience segmentation, experimentation, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating at scale and driving campaigns independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute campaigns across Push NotOLAifications, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVR, and in-app channels for both customers and driver partners.
- Build audience cohorts using SQL for acquisition, retention, reactivation, and engagement campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and test-control analysis to measure campaign impact.
- Track campaign performance metrics and optimize communication journeys.
- Manage automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation.
- Work with product, analytics, category, and design teams to execute campaigns at scale.
- Write clear communication copy and manage regional adaptations where required.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with MoEngage (mandatory)
- Strong SQL skills for cohort creation and campaign analysis (mandatory)
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale
- Strong analytical and execution skills
