Role Description
This is a part-time remote opportunity for a Life Mitra at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The Life Mitra role involves promoting SBI Life products to potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include customer engagement, providing product-related information, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. The role also entails utilizing technology platforms for communication and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in relationship building and customer engagement.
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills to effectively convey product benefits and address customer queries.
- Basic understanding of Financial Products, Insurance Solutions, and customer needs analysis.
- Comfort with Digital Tools and platforms for virtual interactions and documentation processes.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is an advantage but not essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are preferred.
