Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Life Mitra at SBI Life Insurance, based in Kaithal, with flexibility for some work from home. The Life Mitra will focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers to promote the company’s insurance products, including Protection, Savings, Pension, and Health solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, providing product consultations, assisting with policy documentation, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves participating in training programs and maintaining regular communication with the branch office team.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Sales acumen and the ability to achieve targets effectively and ethically.
  • Basic understanding of financial products, preferably insurance, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to connect with customers and maintain records.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local language and familiarity with the region is highly beneficial.
