Role Description
The Life Mitra will engage with customers to promote and sell life insurance products, ensuring that their financial planning and protection needs are met. This full-time, on-site role is located in Jammu and includes responsibilities such as identifying potential clients, presenting product offerings, and explaining their benefits. The Life Mitra will also establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products or a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Ethical approach with emphasis on providing excellent customer service and building trust.
- Team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently for on-site assignments.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic knowledge of English is an asset.
- Prior experience in insurance or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
