Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Mitra at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include identifying and generating potential leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting suitable life insurance products tailored to their needs. The role also involves assisting clients during the documentation process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Life Mitras are expected to represent the company's values and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills to address customers' needs effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning digital tools and platforms
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry will be considered an asset
