Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Life Insurance Specialist. The role involves promoting the company’s life insurance products, engaging potential clients, and assisting in the sales process to support their financial security and investment goals. The candidate will provide personalized customer service, assess client requirements, and recommend suitable solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. The role also includes maintaining customer records, staying updated on industry trends, and requiring collaboration with team members to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets efficiently.
- Knowledge of Financial concepts and related Insurance products, with the ability to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively present and sell insurance products.
- Proficiency in working within a team environment to support overall branch or organizational goals.
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Marketing).
- Previous experience in the life insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Chennai market is a plus.
