Role Description
As a Life Insurance Manager at Bajaj Life, you will oversee sales targets, drive business growth, and manage client relationships. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves leading a team of insurance consultants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting our diverse range of life insurance products. You will also be responsible for devising sales strategies, achieving financial goals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Finance and Insurance industry principles and practices
- Proven Team Management and leadership skills
- Excellent Customer Service expertise to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or financial services is highly preferred
