Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and developing Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) to drive new client acquisition as well as renewal business.
- Ensure completion of licensing requirements for advisors and build a strong, self-sustained team.
- Monitor and enhance the productivity of both newly joined and experienced advisors.
- Improve sales performance by planning and executing effective promotional and incentive-driven activities for PFAs.
- Guide and support advisors in delivering customer-focused, need-based financial solutions.
- Achieve business targets by generating new sales and ensuring timely renewals through the advisor network.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities and ensure proper MIS reporting in the LMS system
