Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division for a Life Insurance Executive. The Life Insurance Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the insurance portfolio, assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance products, handling customer queries, and ensuring seamless insurance brokerage services. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, and collaborating with the finance team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively address client needs and build lasting relationships.
- Experience in insurance and insurance brokerage, along with a comprehensive understanding of insurance-related products and services.
- Knowledge of finance and financial products, with the ability to comprehend financial terms and concepts.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software for documentation and client management.
- Relevant certifications or licensure in insurance or finance is a plus.
