Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Jhansi, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include educating clients on coverage options, selling insurance policies, managing policies, and addressing client inquiries. The agent is also responsible for meeting sales targets and staying informed about industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Proficiency in Financial planning and understanding of insurance products
- Customer Service expertise with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulatory framework
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Experience in a sales-related field or financial sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
