Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include selling life insurance policies tailored to meet the needs of clients, providing personalized financial advice, and assisting clients in selecting the best insurance plans. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring application completion and policy issuance. Continuous professional development and adherence to company standards are integral to the position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and the ability to work as an effective Insurance Broker
- Strong understanding of finance and financial planning principles
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
