Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based out of Udaipur, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Life Insurance Agent will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify their insurance and financial needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include explaining policy details, assisting with enrollment, addressing client inquiries, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research to evaluate potential business opportunities and staying informed about LIC products and services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong knowledge of Finance and the ability to provide sound financial advice
- Experience and skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Understanding of Insurance products and the ability to explain them effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
