Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Chennai. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance products. Key tasks include selling policies, maintaining client relationships, advising on financial planning, and ensuring excellent customer service. Agents will also work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and understanding of Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of finance and financial planning techniques related to life insurance
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Familiarity with general insurance principles and practices
- Proven sales track record and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
