Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Advisor, based in Bareilly. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for assessing clients' financial needs, providing tailored insurance guidance, and recommending suitable policy options. Duties include maintaining strong customer relationships, educating clients about insurance products, assisting in policy management, and completing documentation related to insurance applications. The advisor should also actively engage with new clients to expand the customer base and achieve individual sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance products and Finance-related concepts
- Experience in Consulting, client needs assessment, and providing personalized financial solutions
- Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional client support
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information and build trust
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to varying customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
