Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Advisor based in Bengaluru, allowing for a mix of office and remote work. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying clients’ insurance and financial needs, offering personalized policy recommendations, consulting clients on life insurance and investment options, and building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing policyholder queries, and driving sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance concepts and policies, and a good understanding of Finance
- Experience in Consulting roles with the ability to assess and align clients’ needs with available solutions
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to manage and nurture client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Relevant financial or insurance certifications are a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is desirable
