Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Advisor based in Patna, with the flexibility to complete some tasks remotely. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding clients’ financial goals, providing guidance on suitable life insurance solutions, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing consultations, explaining policy details, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service to foster long-term trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance and Finance, with a strong understanding of life insurance products and financial planning.
- Customer Service skills to provide support, address needs, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent Communication and Consulting abilities to clearly explain policies, address queries, and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude, with organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
