Role Description
This is a Part-time hybrid role, based in Bengaluru with opportunities for remote work. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will educate customers about various insurance products and financial solutions, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable policies. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring continuous customer support while adhering to industry regulations. Additionally, advisors will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on current products and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Insurance and Finance, with the ability to understand and explain life insurance products and financial planning solutions
- Experience in Customer Service and Consulting, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong ability to meet sales targets and build client trust
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory standards is an advantage
