Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Life Coaching Program - Interns based in Navi Mumbai, with some flexibility for working remotely. Interns will assist in delivering coaching sessions, developing and facilitating training programs, supporting personal development initiatives, and engaging clients to drive transformative outcomes. Responsibilities include providing individual and group coaching, honing client communication strategies, and actively contributing to the seamless execution of UCF’s programs.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Life Coaching and Coaching methodologies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Experience or interest in Training and Personal Development
- Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their goals
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and client interactions
- Enthusiasm to work in a hybrid model and contribute to both in-person and remote tasks
- Pursuing or completed a relevant degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
- A passion for enabling growth and leadership transformation
