Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Coach based in Bengaluru. The Life Coach will lead coaching sessions, facilitate personal development activities, and provide guidance to individuals and groups. The role involves developing tailor-made coaching programs, conducting training sessions, and fostering effective communication to help clients achieve their goals. The Life Coach will also collaborate with the team to enhance the quality and impact of ILA’s coaching and training services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Life Coaching, Coaching, and Personal Development techniques
- Strong Communication skills and Training abilities
- Experience with designing and delivering effective coaching programs
- Empathy, active listening, and the ability to inspire and motivate individuals
- Professional certifications in coaching or related fields (e.g., ICF certification) are a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and support clients in goal-setting and problem-solving
- Prior experience in the personal development or training industry is preferred
