Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Life Coach. The Life Coach will work with individuals or teams to provide support, guidance, and structure for personal development and growth. Responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions, supporting clients in goal-setting and action planning, monitoring progress, and fostering accountability. The Life Coach will also contribute to training materials, ensure alignment with DepthMynd’s methodologies, and stay informed on advancements in psychology and coaching practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Life Coaching and Personal Development skills to effectively support and guide clients
- Excellent Communication and Coaching abilities to foster engagement and build trust
- Experience in Training and mentoring individuals or teams for skill enhancement
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to diverse needs and personalities
- Relevant certifications or proven experience in life coaching or personal development
- Familiarity with psychological and neuroscience principles is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
