We are seeking skilled, empathetic, and certified Life Coaches to join our growing team of expert consultants serving global clients.

In this unique role, you will leverage your expertise in coaching and structured guidance while learning how to integrate card-based insight tools — such as Gita Wisdom Cards, Oracle frameworks, or Tarot archetypes — into your sessions.

We provide comprehensive training on these modalities and their application in guided conversations, helping you expand your skill set and offer innovative, insight-driven support to clients. Research and practitioner experience suggest that symbolic tools like Oracle and Tarot can be effective prompts for self-reflection, emotional unlocking, and structured dialogue — particularly when used as an adjunct to evidence-based coaching frameworks.

• Conduct live 1:1 consultation sessions on the coto app, providing personalised guidance on career transitions, relationships, life decisions, stress, anxiety, and more
• Engage in real-time with users — answering questions, unpacking challenges, and offering structured, actionable guidance
• Apply coaching frameworks (goal-setting, values clarification, decision frameworks, NLP techniques, etc.) to guide client conversations
• Listen actively, empathise with client experiences, and deliver non-judgmental, personalised coaching
• Integrate Gita-based wisdom cards, Oracle prompts, or archetype tools into sessions to deepen emotional insight and accelerate breakthroughs (training provided)
• Convert short discovery consultations into ongoing client relationships through structured follow-up and session continuity

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Human Development, or a related field — preferred but not mandatory
• Recognised coaching certification is mandatory (see below)

Certifications (One or More Required)

• ICF-accredited certification: ACC, PCC, or MCC (International Coaching Federation)
• PGHR / SHRM coaching credential
• NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner (ABNLP, iNLP, or equivalent)
• Certified Life Coach (CLC) from an accredited institution
• Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQ-i, Six Seconds, or equivalent)
• Mindfulness-Based Coaching certification
• Relationship or Couples Coaching certification (e.g., Gottman Level 1/2, RCI)
• Positive Psychology Coach (CAPP, IPPA-affiliated)
• Neuro-Coaching or Cognitive Behavioural Coaching certification
• Indian philosophy / Vedic coaching frameworks (a strong plus)

Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a life coach, relationship coach, or counsellor with a strong understanding of human behaviour and emotional dynamics
• Demonstrated experience conducting 1:1 consultations via Zoom, phone, or digital platforms (not just group workshops or corporate training)
• Comfort conducting live, remote sessions and adapting to different session lengths
• Experience working with clients on personal, emotional, or career challenges (not exclusively B2B or corporate)

Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex emotional concepts feel approachable
• Empathetic and compassionate coaching style, with a strong ability to build trust quickly
• Structured thinking: ability to use frameworks (GROW, OSKAR, NLP, etc.) within a fluid conversation
• Adaptability to learn and integrate Oracle / Tarot / Gita card frameworks into your existing methodology
• Strong active listening and reflective questioning skills
• Ability to move clients from insight → clarity → action in a single session
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical integrity, and professional standards
