Role Description
This is a part time hybrid role located in Madurai, allowing for a blend of office-based opportunities. The Life Advisor will engage clients to understand their financial and insurance needs, provide tailored life insurance solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, explaining product features, facilitating policy issuance, and providing exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or sales is beneficial
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools for hybrid work environments
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
