Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to create real business impact? We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and drive innovation in pricing and beyond!
Your Role :
• Develop and implement advanced analytics models in pricing or other business areas.
• Contribute to MLOps pipeline creation and management, ensuring smooth deployment and automation of models.
• Explore new data sources , integrating additional features to enhance predictive power.
• Collaborate with underwriting, other business units and IT to deploy models and provide analytical support, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in pricing, data and analytics initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.
What you need to succeed:
• Higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Experience in actuarial pricing, data science or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in data processing (eg Python, SAS, SQL), modeling (eg GLM, machine learning), analysis and results presentation.
• Familiar with MLOps and deployment practices (eg MLOps pipelines, Git, API).
• Analytical mindset – problem solver with teamwork, communication skills and passion for data-driven insights, innovation and business impact.
• Fluent in English.
