PART TIME RETAIL ASSISTANT

As a Part Time Retail Assistant at Lidl, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the store. You'll be the face of Lidl and deliver outstanding customer service. From serving customers at the till and on the shop floor, to merchandising products and keeping the store spick and span - your role will be vital to ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience. Main Responsibilities: • Providing outstanding customer service • Operating the till efficiently and accurately • Replenishing and merchandising products on the shop floor • Keeping the store clean, tidy and safe for our customers • Handling deliveries and stock control • Assisting the Management team as required Requirements: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to our fast-paced environment • Keen eye for detail and high standards • Willingness to work a variety of shift patterns including evenings and weekends
